Accessibility Statement

Found something you can't use? Email hello@notparked.com and describe the problem. We aim to reply within 5 business days, and if something blocks you from buying a domain we will complete the purchase with you directly by email in the meantime.
Our commitment
Suds and Buds, LLC wants notparked.com to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard only, use speech recognition, or rely on magnification or increased text size. Accessibility is treated as a requirement of the site, not an enhancement to it.
Conformance target
We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the benchmark referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice in relation to the Americans with Disabilities Act, and is the standard adopted under Section 508 and the European Accessibility Act.
Current status: substantially conformant. Based on the evaluation described below, we are not aware of any Level A or Level AA failures on this site. We say "substantially" rather than "fully" for one honest reason: our evaluation to date is a combination of automated testing and our own manual keyboard testing. It has not yet included testing by users of assistive technology or an independent third-party audit. SeeKnown limitations.
What we have done
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, applied globally so no control can ship without one.
- Every form field has a real label. No field relies on placeholder text alone to say what it is.
- Errors and confirmations are announced. Checkout failures and offer confirmations use live regions, so they are read out rather than appearing silently.
- Colour contrast meets AA for all text and for the borders of interactive controls, verified by calculation rather than by eye.
- Full keyboard operability. Every task on this site, including completing a purchase, can be done without a mouse. A skip-to-content link is the first thing keyboard users reach.
- Sound document structure. One
h1and one main landmark per page, headings in logical order, and semantic buttons and links. - Motion is optional. Transitions are disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
- Text scales. Layouts use relative units and reflow to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling or loss of content.
How we evaluated it
notparked.com was last self-evaluated on August 7, 2026 using:
- automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules, run across every page of the site;
- programmatic verification of every colour pairing against the WCAG contrast formula, because automated tooling run without a browser layout engine cannot evaluate contrast reliably;
- manual keyboard navigation of every page and both forms.
Both automated checks are committed to the site's source repository and are re-run before changes ship, so this is a repeatable check rather than a one-off.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you what we have not verified than imply we have verified everything:
- No third-party audit. Our evaluation is a self-assessment.
- No testing with assistive-technology users. We have tested with a keyboard, but not yet with people who use screen readers daily. Automated tools detect only a portion of accessibility barriers, and this is the gap most likely to hide one.
- Third-party checkout. Payment is completed on Escrow.com's or Stripe's own site, which we do not control and cannot guarantee. If you hit a barrier during checkout, contact us and we will complete the transaction with you directly.
We do not use an accessibility overlay or plug-in widget. Overlays do not make a site conformant and can interfere with the assistive technology you already have configured.
Compatibility
This site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile, together with the screen reader built into or commonly used with each platform. It requires JavaScript only for submitting an offer and opening checkout; all content is readable without it.
Give us feedback
If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, please tell us. Email hello@notparked.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know it.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Reports of barriers are treated as defects and prioritised accordingly. If a fix will take time, we will tell you that and offer a way to complete your purchase in the meantime — an accessible alternative is available for every task on this site, because you can always transact with us directly by email.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us at hello@notparked.com. Nothing in this statement limits any right you have under the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other applicable law.
